I got started with Individual Design on the profound recommendation of my daughter and son in law. My son in law loves the Individual recommendations Sean gives him via his phone and uses them in his workouts on the east coast and in his travels around the world.
I very much appreciate the close Individual attention to my personal strengths and limitations, particularly for the workouts, but also for my diet and stress levels. My strength is definitely improving. My balance is noticeably better also. I'm feeling less stress and sleeping better for a variety of reasons, but this program is an important part of that.
If one can afford to dedicate the time and money to this program, it can be one of the more important things you can do to significantly improve your quality of life and probably lengthen your healthy lifespan.
